1100 Lischey / Grace Apostolic Church

CPNA is collecting comments and practical questions about the proposed commercial redevelopment so feedback can be reviewed, grouped by theme, and shared in a constructive packet.

Project context

The current concept includes a new commercial building with possible restaurant, retail, and office uses, plus a later phase that could reuse the existing church building. CPNA has not taken a formal position on the project.

Neighbors have raised questions around parking, traffic, alley access, trees, hours, possible uses, and how the building design fits the surrounding blocks.
